• Maximize new business opportunities with targeted healthcare providers
• Employ trade strategy with targeted customers by understanding the organization’s formulary process and pull through
• Deliver disease state and product presentations to customers in territory outlining vaccines, features, benefits, and services
• Build trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years’ of the following equivalent experience: professional sales experience, work experience in the healthcare/scientific field (including pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical devices) that is not sales-related, professional marketing experience, or military experience
• Ability to learn, comprehend and apply medical, scientific, and commercial information to drive increased product utilization among assigned customers
• Strong sales aptitude and selling related experience through education and/or work experience
• Excellent track record of success: documented accomplishments that illustrate initiative, creativity and a drive to get the job done
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to?assigned healthcare accounts

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $57,000 to $63,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
